4 Bedroom, 1 Bath Country House. Nestled between hills, with fantastic views over the valley and towards the mountains, this traditional country house is situated on a plot of 6200m² surrounded by shade-providing pine trees.
The house is divided into 4 bedrooms, a passage room, which is currently used as a utility room, a well-maintained kitchen, dining room and a glazed veranda along the entire length of the house, which is ideal as a living room. A bathroom with shower and a storage room completes the house.

Outside there is a carport, a set-up pool, a building that houses the washing machine and storage and another building which can be used as storage or stables for small livestock. A spacious aviary is also located in the separate area around this building. A small "paddling pool" (in need of repair) and a vegetable garden provide further activities. Two other areas of the terraced property are planted with olive and almond trees.

In a quiet area, but the city is 10 minutes away. Monovar is a town in the province of Alicante, there are a large number of wineries in the town that produce the best wines in the country. It is a very quiet and cosy place where you can find the main shopping facilities as well as banks, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy. It is only 42km to Alicante airport and the beaches of the Costa Blanca.
