If you are looking for your perfect property for sale in Espinardo, then you may want to find out more about it:
Espinardo was an old district of Murcia which, after existing for several centuries as an old hamlet and site of the Marquisate of Espinardo, was annexed by the city in 1960. Since 1976 it has housed part of the Campus of the University of Murcia, which it shares with the district of El Puntal, although the Campus bears the name of Espinardo.
Nowadays, it provides its inhabitants with the possibility of being directly connected to the city of Murcia, but staying in a quiet neighbourhood, which maintains its own customs and traditions, such as the Corpus Christi procession, in which the Blessed Sacrament is carried in procession on a beautiful float through the streets of Espinardo.
Until just over a century ago there was a flourishing paprika industry in this town, but nowadays most of the industry has moved away. A brewery, Estrella Levante, which has been in the neighbourhood for more than half a century, remains in the area.
If you are looking for a holiday home or a permanent residence, this is a good place to look for property for sale.

Fiestas
Espinardo has a lively festive side, which manifests itself in celebrations such as those of San Pedro, which take place in the last week of June and are dedicated to the Santísimo Cristo de la Salud, patron saint of the neighbourhood. Every year this saint is carried in procession to the meeting with the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of Espinardo, which takes place on the bridge of Las Garamachas.
