If you are looking for your perfect property for sale in Calpe, then you may want to find out more about it:
Calpe is located 70 km north of Alicante and 130 km south of Valencia. The town is known for its beautiful, secluded beaches and unspoilt nature. The impressive rock Ifach off the coast of Calpe has become a distinctive feature of the entire Costa Blanca.
The Mediterranean climate is perfect for all outdoor activities throughout the year. There are lovely warm summer months, mild winters and an average annual temperature of 19 degrees.
Calpe includes 14 different beaches, which are very different, but all have their own charm. To the north of Calpe are hidden rocky coves where you can swim in clean water sheltered from waves from the sea. On both sides of the rock Ifach are the town beaches with fine golden sand. For cleanliness and environmental friendliness, as well as for their beauty and quality of service, most of the beaches have been awarded the EEC blue flag
There are five marinas in Calpe offering a wide variety of leisure activities. The most popular harbour is right at the foot of the rock Ifach. The former fishing village offers a colourful historical centre, various museums and very well preserved districts. A perfect blend between tradition and modernity
