Because Calahonda is a small seaside town it’s generally quieter than some of the larger surrounding towns on the Costa and it’s therefore great for kids. Calahonda is also compact and self-contained with some of the most comprehensive sports facilities and golf courses in the region. The nearest golf courses are at Calanova Golf Club and Club de Golf La Siesta. There are also tennis courts, a riding club and diving and snorkelling schools.
